*Violette’s life was rich with drama and trauma. Her life and character is split into eras; each transition happens after a big event.
In each era she can be seen as a different kind of villain, with different personality, tendencies and powers.*
This framework is intended to inspire different stories, artwork, games within each era while maintaining coherency. The story is intentionally left vague in parts, and many seeds have been planted to inspire more content.
<aside> 🐣 Prophecy Era
A coven of witch-demons plot to take over Lunnon, and amass great power and wealth from the Realms. A prophecy tells them about a merchant peddling a magical bag, and a young witch-demon who is destined to replace a Princess.
The prophecy shows them a type of necromancy never seen before in the Realms.

<aside> 🔮 Bag Origin (Part 1) - And so eventually, a travelling merchant does show up peddling a magical bag. In it were 7 items, including boots fit for a queen, a crown of horns, and a wand imbued with necrotic magic - confirming a prophecy. And so the coven hatched a plan to solidify their power and wealth.

<aside> 🐣 Princess Era
Birthed by ritual to fulfil the prophecy, a Witch-Demon raised as royalty by her false parents and the coven elders. Burdened with expectations and obligations, she finds solace in necromancy to compensate for the lack of control she has over her own life.

On her 13th birthday her real mother convinced her to kill her false parents with the Grave Wand. Violette twisted their corpses together in an explosive fit of vitriol...

<aside> 🔮 Bag Origin (Part 2) - The coven gives the rest of the bags items to Violette. Weeks after putting them on, she becomes compelled to hunt a man, a traveller... a merchant. When she finds him, she is compelled to kill him. When she kills him, she is compelled to break his finger and take his Silver Ring. When she puts on the ring, her mind calms.

She became the illegitimate Queen of Vitriol with a terrifying rule. She ruthlessly grafts the corpses of monsters with men, and demons with dragons, growing a terrifying necrotic army for hire. An army both feared and sought after by Kings and Queens across the realms...

Eventually a group of brave, righteous adventurers learn about the atrocities. They band together and decide to take matters into their own hands. They devise a plan to take out the coven, topple the tower, and liberate the people of Lunnon!
